The aim of this form is to :-

  • Lighten the workload of voluntary staff
  • Simplify the chances of local musicians performing at a Frakture Big Band event by providing a clear process
  • Remove the need for several phone calls & emails
  

How to use this form :-

  • Fill it in when you have been informed of future sessions via email, text or conversation.
  • If there is a choice of events, complete a separate form for each event please.
