The Frakture Festival of Improvised Music & Electronic Music

The Frakture Concerts team has decided to discontinue the Frakture Festival of Free Improvised Music as an annual event. Due to lack of resources and interest in the format that was being presented.

What happens next?

• The Frakture Concerts Team will research the inclusion of "free improvisation" within other Festival in the region. A collaboration with other art groups and art forms.
• Frakture Concerts Team will develop more opportunities for local musicians to play Free Improvised Music by

  • Developing Splash & i:Splash gigs
  • Developing the Frakture Big Band
  • Developing Centrifuge
