Terms The hirer is a member of Frakture Hire person is personally known to Frakture.org staff. Hirer demonstrates and knowledge regarding how to use and maintain the equipment. Pre-payment required: we have learnt from expereince!!!
Open Access: Frakture aims to introduce fixed fees that then allow open use of the equipment; as in the internet, we have dial-up-pay-as-you-go or monthly broadband with un-metered access. This later approach will encourage use of equipment and inter-action, which is what is the aim of this process. Listing the right prices will come through trial and error

Other notes: insome situations equipment may need to be covered by hirers insurance; Charges may vary or be requested for funded projects that have the finances available to pay more.
