The aim of this form is to :-
Lighten the workload of voluntary staff
Simplify the chances of local musicians performing at a Frakture event by providing a clear process
Remove the need for several phone calls & emails
How to use this form :-
Fill it in when you have been informed of available slots via email, text or conversation.
If there is a choice of dates enter your first choice date in the form and a second choice within 'Notes to promoter'.
DO NOT fill in this form if you have neither a venue or date given to you by Frakture.
All requests will be acknowledge as soon as possible.
