This form is for the i:Splash Gigs, musicians sign up to perform rather than groups.

The aim of this is to :-

  • Lighten the workload of voluntary staff
  • Simplify the chances of local musicians performing at a Frakture event by providing a clear process
  • Remove the need for several phone calls & emails

How to use this form :-

  • Fill it in when you have been informed of available slots via email, text or conversation.
  • If there is a choice of dates enter your first choice date in the form and a second choice within 'Notes to promoter'.
  • DO NOT fill in this form if you have neither a venue or date given to you by Frakture.
  • All requests will be acknowledge as soon as possible.
