   1. It is a busy area of Manchester, parking is available but not easy, so arrive 10 minutes earlier than normal so you are not delayed.

6. Acoustics : Nice room acoustics, liked by the musicians, high ceiling adds a reflective warmth, however sound does "bleed" in from the "bar", however this is at an accpetable level.
